Accounts Assistant
Stoke-on-Trent
£24,000 - £26,000

My client is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis, working 9AM - 5PM (Monday to Friday) Due to a recent expansion within their business!

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the sales and purchase ledger process
  • Communicate with clients and suppliers and handle their enquiries
  • Process transactions and maintaining records and ledgers
  • Provide ongoing support to the Financial Controller
  • Administrative tasks, such as call handling and general office duties


Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of SAGE 50 Cloud
  • MS Office (Excel & Word)
  • Experience within a similar role
  • PQ Accounting Qualifications (AAT/ACCA/CIMA) *desirable*
