We are currently seeking a highly skilled Climate Risk Specialist to join a leading financial organization.

As a Climate Risk Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the organization remains compliant with regulatory requirements in all areas of Climate risk. You will play a strategic role in providing assurance to senior stakeholders and regulatory bodies, and contribute to the development and implementation of effective risk management strategies.

The team are looking to expand the frameworks and policies surrounding climate risk, as the lead specialist you will be instrumental in driving ESG policies forward.

Requirements:

• A proven track record in providing oversight over complex climate risks.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
• Knowledge of retail and commercial mortgage lending processes.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to produce high-quality assurance reports.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
