Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic AVP/VP of Conduct Risk to join our corporate bank based in London. This role is crucial in ensuring that the bank adheres to all conduct risk requirements and maintains the highest standards of ethical behavior and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement conduct risk policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate conduct risk within the organization.
- Monitor and report on conduct risk issues, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure a cohesive approach to managing conduct risk.
- Lead a team of risk professionals and provide guidance and support in their roles.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and conduct risk management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in risk management, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
