Tax Senior / Manchester City Centre / £35,000 - £40,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Marks Sattin are delighted to be working with a Mid sized accountancy firm to recruit a Tax Senior into their Manchester team.

This is an advisory role, offering exposure to high-quality planning work across corporate and personal tax. The firm has a strong reputation in the market, an impressive growth trajectory and a genuinely collaborative culture. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys technical work and wants to deepen their advisory exposure within a supportive environment.

The Role

You will manage a diverse portfolio of corporate and private clients, delivering commercially focused Tax advice and supporting on a range of planning projects.


  • Manage and develop a portfolio of advisory clients
  • Advise on Corporate Tax planning including restructures, reorganisations, demergers, MBOs, EOTs and due diligence
  • Support clients through business acquisitions and disposals, advising on Tax implications
  • Provide guidance on business structuring, incorporations and profit extraction strategies
  • Contribute to personal and family wealth planning projects including CGT and IHT planning
  • Review Corporate Tax computations and identify wider planning opportunities
  • Work closely with Managers and Partners on complex advisory assignments

About You


  • Strong Corporate Tax experience gained within practice
  • Exposure to advisory work
  • Ability to interpret legislation and communicate advice clearly
