This is a great opportunity for someone with e-billing or legal billing experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing the end-to-end e-billing process

• Submitting invoices through client e-billing portals

• Investigating and resolving rejected or queried invoices

• Liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve billing issues

• Ensuring invoices meet client billing requirements

• Supporting wider revenue, WIP and cash collection activities

• Identifying opportunities to improve billing processes

The ideal candidate:

• Previous e-billing, legal billing or revenue experience

• Experience within professional services would be beneficial

• Strong systems and Excel skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills

• Able to manage a high-volume workload and competing deadlines
