Join a prominent private equity firm famed for its collaborative approach in building value in its investments.
As Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in statutory financial and management reporting, process improvement, and system enhancements. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will work closely with the CFO and senior management, gaining exposure to all aspects of the finance function.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and preparation of monthly management accounts and analysis for senior management.
Financial statement review and preparation for corporate entities.
Cash management, including monitoring bank accounts and treasury deposits.
Developing insightful management information and assisting with financial procedures and control improvements.
Liaison with auditors and preparation of regulatory reports.
Leading and supporting finance transformation projects - including process and control improvement, systems change, legal entity change.
The Profile:
A accountant with experience in private equity or financial services is preferred.
Strong understanding of accounting and reporting, with a track record of improving processes and systems.
Strong excel and any data visualisation skills would be very welcome.
The business operates 5 days a week in the office, in a supportive, driven, friendly and cohesive environment.
