Exciting time for this firm due to growth & they are looking for an experienced FS Programme Director to join the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead large transformation programmes, build valuable client relationships, and ensure service quality. You'll manage the overall programme within scope, quality, time, and budget, collaborating with various stakeholders internally and externally. You'll represent the programme at governance sessions and manage programme costs and resources.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of senior-level consulting experience in large-scale change programmes, particularly in Financial Services.
- Experience in matrix-managed organizations and managing diverse teams.
- Strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and relevant functional expertise.
- Proven track record in delivering business value and managing complex programmes.
Ideally, you will also have:
- Experience in Digital Transformations, Agile Delivery, or Regulatory Change.
- Project Management or Agile certifications.
- Management Consulting experience.
