About the Role

To provide legal and strategic support to the board of directors working uniquely within in the Fintech Market
Drafting, negotiating and amending a wide and varied range of commercial agreements
Providing day-to-day advice on wider commercial matters, including management of reputational risk, regulatory framework and governance matters
Provide forward thinking/proactive advice on commercial strategic matters in an operational sense

About You

Solicitor qualified in England and Wales,
Upwards of 10 years PQE - Trained at a top tier law firm
Experience of providing detailed strategic advice at board level
Able to apply technical legal knowledge in a commercial context
Knowledge of Financial Services regulatory requirements
Flexible and adaptable personal style with strong influencing and negotiation skills
