About the Role

  • To provide legal and strategic support to the board of directors working uniquely within in the Fintech Market
  • Drafting, negotiating and amending a wide and varied range of commercial agreements
  • Providing day-to-day advice on wider commercial matters, including management of reputational risk, regulatory framework and governance matters
  • Provide forward thinking/proactive advice on commercial strategic matters in an operational sense

About You

  • Solicitor qualified in England and Wales,
  • Upwards of 10 years PQE - Trained at a top tier law firm
  • Experience of providing detailed strategic advice at board level
  • Able to apply technical legal knowledge in a commercial context
  • Knowledge of Financial Services regulatory requirements
  • Flexible and adaptable personal style with strong influencing and negotiation skills
