My client is a well-established Investment Management business based in the West End of London. They are looking for an experienced Group Finance Manager to join their team ASAP for an initial 12-month fixed term contract.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Financial reporting for UK entities as well as assisting the European Group FC with the financial reporting of all other European entities.
• Reporting under IFRS and local GAAP for those entities including management reporting and statutory filings.
• Manage annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasting and preparation of monthly P&L.
• Tax returns for the UK entities.
• Regulatory filings for UK FCA regulated entities.
• Updating the ICARA report on an annual basis.
• Management of outsourced accounting providers.

The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent with at least 5 years post qualified experience in a Group Finance role. You will have:

• Strong IFRS and UK GAAP accounting skills.
• FCA regulatory reporting experience.
• Small team management skills.

Knowledge of Hyperion and/or Microsoft D365 would be a distinct advantage.
