Start your job searchMy client is a well-established Investment Management business based in the West End of London. They are looking for an experienced Group Finance Manager to join their team ASAP for an initial 12-month fixed term contract.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Financial reporting for UK entities as well as assisting the European Group FC with the financial reporting of all other European entities.
- Reporting under IFRS and local GAAP for those entities including management reporting and statutory filings.
- Manage annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasting and preparation of monthly P&L.
- Tax returns for the UK entities.
- Regulatory filings for UK FCA regulated entities.
- Updating the ICARA report on an annual basis.
- Management of outsourced accounting providers.
The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent with at least 5 years post qualified experience in a Group Finance role. You will have:
- Strong IFRS and UK GAAP accounting skills.
- FCA regulatory reporting experience.
- Small team management skills.
Knowledge of Hyperion and/or Microsoft D365 would be a distinct advantage.
