Interim Financial Accountant | Manchester | Up to £400pd | 3-6 month temporary contract | Hybrid
Marks Sattin are delighted to be recruiting for an Interim Financial Accountant for a rapidly growing business services organisation in Manchester city centre on a temporary contract.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in year end and statutory accounts and reviewing and improving processes and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct year-end accounting procedures with precision and adherence to industry standards.
- Prepare and submit accurate VAT submissions in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage statutory reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Evaluate and assess existing financial processes and procedures for optimisation and efficiency.
About you:
- ACA, ACCA, or ACMA qualification is essential.
- Proven experience in year-end accounting, statutory reporting, and VAT submissions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and enhance financial processes.
- Knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
