Start your job searchMarks Sattin are currently working with one of the world's leading online operating businesses who are keen to promote growth and a flexibility across the business. They are recruiting for an Internal Audit Manager to join and help build on the team.
The purpose of the role will be to execute, plan and report on a varied range of internal audit assignments. In this role you will make sure the internal controls are designed appropriately and operating effectively aligning with the objectives of the business.
Role will include:
- Preparation and key input in the audit planning, key documentation, leading stakeholder meetings and performing risk analysis work
- Leading the planning and completion of audit projects across the Group according to the quality standards and timelines
- Communicating and reporting audit findings to business management
- Maintains and builds strong relationships within the team, auditees and management
- Working as a partner to the business in identifying significant process and structure improvements to assist the business in meeting its corporate objectives
Experience:
- Ideally looking for someone coming from an internal/external audit background
- Experience managing and mentoring junior members of staff is advantageous not essential
- You will carry a professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, IIA, CIA
