Marks Sattin is currently recruiting for an Internal Audit Manager who is able to manage and produce project assurance reviews, supporting the Senior Audit Manager.

Working closely with the Senior Internal Audit Manager and Head of Risk and Internal Audit, you will be providing independent assurance to the Board, through the Audit Committee, on the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls.

You will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including stores, to understand the context in which you are working.
• Lead project assurance and audits, providing expertise and feedback to improve risk management and control, business processes and procedures.
• Consulting with senior management to understand business requirements and identify opportunities to speed up and simplify.
• Continually focusing on simplifying and improving processes and controls.
• Drive the business functions to ensure audit actions are delivered in line with audit methodology.

Ideally you will be fully qualified (CIA / ACCA / ACA / CIMA or equivalent) and have gained working knowledge of audit, risk and control and how to apply audit methodology and risk management and genuine career development opportunities.
