We're working exclusively with a Fintech Payments business, looking to bring in a Legal Counsel to join their current legal team in London. They are looking for an ambitious Corporate/Commercial Lawyer to come in and provide legal support across corporate governance, corporate transactions and commercial contracts. You will work closely with the Head of Legal, senior management and various other teams to deliver on strategic initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• 1-3 Years PQE England and Wales Qualified Lawyer
• Fantastic training from reputable private practice firm or in-house
• Experience working within the legal function of a regulated financial services environment would be ideal
• Commercial Contract negotiation & corporate governance exposure
