Are you a Legal Graduate or preparing for a Training Contract???
Would you like to cut your teeth in a thriving Fintech???
Are you looking for an exciting first legal role???
If the answer to the above 3 questions is yes, then I have the role for you!!
My client is a global Financial Technology Company offering banking services. They have advised me that they are looking for a Paralegal to join their growing legal team and work in their London office. This will be a hybrid working role which will provide you with the opportunity to work closely with qualified lawyers in this space.
This is an incredible opportunity for a Legal Graduate looking to gain valuable experience within a large Fintech organisation that will also challenge you to grow your legal knowledge.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Aiding qualified lawyers with wide range of commercial, corporate and technology matters, including drafting and negotiating all commercial contracts
- Dealing with any legal requests and queries from colleagues and third parties
- Completing general legal administrative duties such as allocation of work to the relevant lawyer
- Identifying more efficient processes for the Legal team to follow to ensure tasks are completed more effectively
- Liaising with external law firms
- Proof reading and formulating legal documents
- Regular research into new laws and regulations in the fintech law area
- Assisting in managing operational risk
If you are pursuing a career in the legal sector and looking for a unique opportunity to cut ones teeth within a large fintech organisation, then please feel free to get in touch at Elliott.kaye@markssattin.com or apply.
