Would you like to cut your teeth in a thriving Fintech???
Are you looking for an exciting first legal role???

If the answer to the above 3 questions is yes, then I have the role for you!!

My client is a global Financial Technology Company offering banking services. They have advised me that they are looking for a Paralegal to join their growing legal team and work in their London office. This will be a hybrid working role which will provide you with the opportunity to work closely with qualified lawyers in this space.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Aiding qualified lawyers with wide range of commercial, corporate and technology matters, including drafting and negotiating all commercial contracts
  • Dealing with any legal requests and queries from colleagues and third parties
  • Completing general legal administrative duties such as allocation of work to the relevant lawyer
  • Identifying more efficient processes for the Legal team to follow to ensure tasks are completed more effectively
  • Liaising with external law firms
  • Proof reading and formulating legal documents
  • Regular research into new laws and regulations in the fintech law area
  • Assisting in managing operational risk
