The details

I'm currently looking for a Principal Product Manager to join a global fintech on a permanent basis, based out of London with a hybrid working model.

This role is a strategic opportunity to design and own the Marketing Platform that powers intelligent, personalized engagement across the entire customer lifecycle from first touchpoint to activation, adoption, and advocacy.

We're looking for someone with:
- 6+ years in Product, Growth, or Marketing Technology ideally building platforms, not just using them
- Proven experience shaping or scaling MarTech ecosystems (HubSpot, Braze, Segment, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Iterable, etc.)
- Strong technical depth (APIs, data models, events) and ability to collaborate with engineering and data teams
- Extensive B2B funnels & environment exposure

For the business, this is a critical capability with view to build from 0 to global.
