We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join a growing Corporate & Regulatory Change function. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working on large-scale, enterprise-wide, corporate and regulatory change initiatives and wants to take a leading role in shaping strategic transformation across complex business areas.

You will support internal business stakeholders to manage significant change programmes, leading analysis activities and coordinating multiple key project deliverables. This role suits an experienced analyst who brings leadership, structure, and strong problem‑solving capability, and who can also mentor and guide other Business Analysts within the team.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:

Business Analysis Delivery

  • Leading analysis activities to support business outcomes.
  • Confirming scope, assessing impact, and performing GAP and options analysis.
  • Documenting business requirements and translating them into process, system, and organisational change.
  • Working closely with delivery teams to ensure requirements are well‑defined and understood.
  • Supporting the design and implementation of process, organisational, and technical solutions.
  • Contributing to business cases, programme shaping, and early-stage analysis of proposed initiatives.

Stakeholder Management

  • Building trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders, change functions, and technology teams.
  • Acting as the link between business and technical teams to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Supporting prioritisation and backlog management.
  • Partnering with vendors and external parties involved in solution delivery.

Project Support

  • Supporting Project and Programme Managers with analysis inputs, risks, dependencies, and planning.
  • Deputising for Project Managers when required.
  • Assisting with test case creation and supporting test execution.
  • Contributing to communication, training, and transition‑to‑BAU plans.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Providing leadership, coaching and guidance to Business Analysts within the team.
  • Contributing to the definition and continuous improvement of business analysis best practices.
  • Ensuring project teams adhere to change governance standards.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert to key change initiatives.

What You'll Bring

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong background in business analysis across corporate, regulatory, or enterprise‑wide programmes.
  • Experience working on large business transformation, process change, and technology change initiatives.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior audiences.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills with a structured and logical approach.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and guide other Business Analysts.
  • A focus on quality and attention to detail.
  • Experience with multiple delivery methodologies and change tools/techniques.

Desirable

  • Experience within the Asset Management or broader Financial Services industry.
  • Business analysis or industry‑related qualifications (e.g., ISEB, IMC).
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent.
