A great opportunity to join a FTSE listed Bank (Kent based) as a FP&A Analyst and help to further fuel the firm's growth.

This is a great opportunity for someone to make their first step into the industry coming from practice.

You will be joining a growing and dynamic FP&A team, with exciting new projects on the horizon and exceptional minds ready to drive progress forward. In a nutshell, you will be providing senior management, the Executive team, the Board and external stakeholders key financial insights to drive key business decisions.

No 2 days will be the same, but some of the key things you will be focusing on:

  • Prepare monthly Executive information providing up to date insights and analysis on Group performance to enable timely management actions where necessary
  • Produce quarterly Board packs for Subsidiary Companies
  • Support the wider FP&A team in the budget and forecasting process
  • Prepare Group management accounts and close liaison with Financial Control to understand and challenge postings made each month
  • Providing ad-hoc commercial and analytical support to business stakeholders
  • Review current processes, oversee implementation / improvement of systems and internal controls to company requirements and standards.

Requirements:

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification is essential
  • Previous Financial Services experience is highly desirable
  • Previous experience working in a Financial Planning Analysis role is highly desirable
  • Advanced excel skills are essential
