Start your job searchA great opportunity to join a FTSE listed Bank (Kent based) as a FP&A Analyst and help to further fuel the firm's growth.
This is a great opportunity for someone to make their first step into the industry coming from practice.
You will be joining a growing and dynamic FP&A team, with exciting new projects on the horizon and exceptional minds ready to drive progress forward. In a nutshell, you will be providing senior management, the Executive team, the Board and external stakeholders key financial insights to drive key business decisions.
No 2 days will be the same, but some of the key things you will be focusing on:
- Prepare monthly Executive information providing up to date insights and analysis on Group performance to enable timely management actions where necessary
- Produce quarterly Board packs for Subsidiary Companies
- Support the wider FP&A team in the budget and forecasting process
- Prepare Group management accounts and close liaison with Financial Control to understand and challenge postings made each month
- Providing ad-hoc commercial and analytical support to business stakeholders
- Review current processes, oversee implementation / improvement of systems and internal controls to company requirements and standards.
Requirements:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification is essential
- Previous Financial Services experience is highly desirable
- Previous experience working in a Financial Planning Analysis role is highly desirable
- Advanced excel skills are essential
