A boutique Asset Management company based in Dublin are currently seeking a qualified Fund Accountant to join a growing leader in alternative investments. This is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation during a key time of growth and development. The position will require a driven individual with experience in 360 degree NAV processing
- Preparation and review of complex 360 Net Asset Valuations.
- Prepare and review management and statutory accounts
- Prepare and review fund capital calls and distributions
- Manage the audit process, maintenance of audit files and communication/liaison with auditors for portfolio clients
- Review of distribution and drawdown notices
- Monitor all relevant capital events and subsequent Corporate Actions.
- Preparation and review of Investor Capital Statements
- Responding to investor queries
- Updating and maintaining the funds' investment records and structure chart, Subs and Reds.
- Development of investment monitoring;
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 5 years prior fund accounting experience including financial accounting and reporting as well as general fund activities such as drawdowns and distributions
- Excellent inter-personal skills and team player with a desire to work in a small team in a dynamic environment;
- Exposure to Complex Funds including Private Equity and or Hedge funds would be beneficial.
- ACCA/ACA or CIMA Qualified
