As Senior Infrastructure Engineer you will provide expert technical advice, expertise & consultation on IT infrastructure, planning & engineering in complex high-availability environment. Expertise & Responsibilities - Senior Infrastructure Engineer

▪ Strong experience as Infrastructure Engineer or similar

▪ Solid expertise in Cisco UCS & Azure (migration on SaaS platform) is essential

▪ Experience of V-sphere, VMware (virtualisation), Veeam (backup) & NetApp storage is essential

▪ Essential to have strong core capabilities in Windows, Exchange & related Applications

▪ Important to have experience, knowledge or familiarity of IBM iSeries - we do not seek an expert, curr they are exposed in this area, there is an expectation to develop some capabilities within iSeries, alongside existing infrastructure abilities. For clarity some iSeries knowledge & alongside core skills in infrastructure is required

▪ Role will provide technical expertise, leadership, definition & consultation on IT infrastructure planning & engineering also mentoring other members of team & leading by example

▪ As Senior Infrastructure Engineer effective communication & collaboration skills are essential, working closely with group services based in Europe

▪ Any experience of Metro clusters desirable

▪ Responsibility for creating & translating business requirements & functional specifications into technical requirements that support integrated & sustainable designs for complex infrastructure systems

▪ Role is Perm, & given range of skills there is scope on package if you possess all key skills incl iSeries
