Are you looking for a Transfer Pricing role where you can take ownership of client relationships, work independently and play a key role in the growth of a specialist tax team?
We are working with one of Yorkshire's leading accountancy and advisory firms to recruit a Transfer Pricing Senior Manager for its Leeds office. The firm is open to considering candidates from Manager through to Senior Manager level, with salary and responsibilities tailored to experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Transfer Pricing professional looking to join a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment where you'll have the autonomy to manage your own workload, develop client relationships and help shape the future direction of the Transfer Pricing offering.
The role is predominantly focused on Transfer Pricing compliance and documentation, although there is scope to become involved in wider advisory, UK tax and international tax projects for those looking to broaden their experience.
The Role
Working closely with the Tax Partner and wider tax team, you will take responsibility for delivering high-quality Transfer Pricing services to a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from owner-managed groups to larger international businesses.
You'll be trusted to manage projects independently, with support and technical oversight from senior leadership where required.
Day to Day Includes:
- Managing a portfolio of Transfer Pricing clients across a range of sectors.
- Preparing and reviewing Transfer Pricing documentation and reports.
- Conducting benchmarking studies
- Advising on Transfer Pricing methodologies and policy implementation.
- Supporting clients with royalty arrangements and intercompany transactions.
- Working on R&D-related Transfer Pricing matters where appropriate.
- Liaising directly with clients and building long-term relationships.
- Working across multi-entity and international group structures.
- Identifying opportunities to provide additional advisory support.
- Collaborating with wider tax teams on domestic and international tax projects.
- Keeping up to date with Transfer Pricing legislation and OECD developments.
Skills & Experience
- Strong Transfer Pricing experience
- Strong understanding of Transfer Pricing methodologies and OECD guidelines.
- Experience working with multi-entity groups and cross-border transactions.
- Ability to manage client relationships and projects independently.
