Transfer Pricing Manager

The details
A newlt created role within the team, they are looking to bring on a partner to lead the design and implementation of transfer pricing policies across the group. You will become the main point of contact for Senior Management (CFOs, COOs, treasury, legal etc.), giving you great exposure to all areas across the business and across various types of transactions.
This is a newly created position driven by growth in their M&A activity, thus it provides huge scope for growth in a very dynamic role. The role requires the person to be a great communicator with strong stakeholder management abilities, who is willing to take ownership of the M&A tax aspect across the group.
Responsibilities:
- Being the point of contract for Transfer Pricing across the business.
- Design, development and implementation of tactical tools for TP automation processes
- Providing guidance and training to local teams and reviewing TP local files
- Reviewing transfer pricing recharges calculations and invoices performed by central and local finance teams
- Management of engagement of external tax advisers
Experience required:
- Tax/Accountancy qualification
- Transfer pricing experience
- Financial Services Background
