A great opportunity has arisen for a 2nd line support engineer to join a professional services business based in the heart of Central London. The successful 2nd line support engineer will be reporting directly into the Infrastructure Manager working in a team of 3 dealing with and escalations along with hardware and software upgrades.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

  • Provide support to users via ticketing system, phone call, emails and deskside support
  • Update and remove users accounts via active directory
  • Assist with windows server administration and support when needed
  • SCCM administration with latest software updates
  • Assisting with hardware desk moves for users
  • Previous experience within Professional services/financial services
  • Ideally working toward MCSE/MSCA
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously when required
