Start your job searchA great opportunity has arisen for a 2nd line support engineer to join a professional services business based in the heart of Central London. The successful 2nd line support engineer will be reporting directly into the Infrastructure Manager working in a team of 3 dealing with and escalations along with hardware and software upgrades.
Key Skills & Responsibilities
- Provide support to users via ticketing system, phone call, emails and deskside support
- Update and remove users accounts via active directory
- Assist with windows server administration and support when needed
- SCCM administration with latest software updates
- Assisting with hardware desk moves for users
- Previous experience within Professional services/financial services
- Ideally working toward MCSE/MSCA
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously when required
