A growing real estate firm are looking to add an Assistant Accountant to their small yet busy finance team.

Reporting in to the Financial Controller and working as part of a small finance team, you will be responsible for all round accounts and bookkeeping.

Duties include:

• Double entry bookkeeping
• Processing invoices
• VAT returns
• Credit control
• Intercompany reconciliations
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist with month end preparation
• Journals, prepayments and accruals
• Paying supplier invoices
• Assist with cashflow forecasting/budgets

The successful candidate will have worked in a similar role preferably in real estate or property.

Candidates MUST have double entry bookkeeping experience

Sage line 50 experience is desirable
