A reputable Advertising brand based in central London is currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to their finance division. This company have ambitious growth plans, without compromising the vision of providing exceptional client service, independent advice and strategic expertise. They aim to be different, taking a strategy-led approach to planning and buying and to embrace technology at every turn.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop relations with media owners, to provide exceptional customer service
- Matching media owner invoices to the relevant media booking
- Processing over 750 purchase invoices per month onto the accounting system
- Prepare invoices for payment twice a month
- Monitor the accrual ledger
- Producing account reconciliations for each supplier
- Liaising with the internal administration and billing teams to resolve invoice queries
- Monitoring the aged creditors report on a monthly basis
Required:
- Minimum 1 year's experience in finance
- Good communication skills
- Exposure with dealing with high volumes of invoices
- Proficient excel skills with a willingness to contribute to additional duties
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years working in Finance. You will have the ability to work well as a team as well as independently and must have good communication skills and confident when working with non-finance staff and suppliers.
