We have been asked to help with the recruitment process for an Accounts Assistant to join one of their leading divisions, on a permanent basis. This role is currently paying between £20,000 to £23,000 with other great benefits included.
The Role:
This Accounts Assistant position is a varied role where you will be asked to be heavily involved with the administration for transactional finance, cash allocation and ad-hoc duties when required. If you want a role where every day will be different, consistently busy and give you variety that most jobs just don't offer, then this is the perfect role. This position is reporting directly into the Finance Manager with a dotted line to the Financial Controller, with lots of exposure to the other divisions. This will also bring good opportunities to progress later on within the company.
The Profile:
The ideal candidate would be either an A-level or a recent graduate, or someone who has one year's experience within a finance role, ideally within a purchase ledger or sales ledger capacity. Also, a suitable candidate will be a strong team player and happy to get involved with other duties during busy times within the team.
