A leading, global shipping business based in central London is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their fast pace team.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for cash postings, preparing and maintaining the group daily cash position, bank reconciliations, maintaining aged receivables listing and reconciliation, communicating with clients regarding outstanding high value receivable's, input and payment of invoices, reconciling supplier accounts, assisting with audit and additional ad-hoc duties.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years' experience working in accounts ideally with strong sales ledgers experience. You will be self-motivated, organised and work well as a team player. The candidate will have a solid base understanding of finance and double entry. Strong Excel skills are essential and previous use of SUN systems would be advantageous. The role would suit someone who has come from a finance educational background or someone who is studying towards an accounting qualification.
