A global publishing brand based in central London is currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Administrator to their finance division.

You will be responsible for processing supplier invoices, setting up and monitoring supplier accounts, preparation of weekly payment runs, sending remittance advices, dealing with queries, maintaining records and other ad-hoc duties as required.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months working in accounts payable. You will have the ability to work well as a team as well as independently and must have good communication skills and confident when working with non-finance staff and suppliers. Strong Excel skills are essential and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous.
