Start your job searchA fantastic opportunity has arisen for an established Retail company based in West London on a 3 month contract. The successful candidate will be working alongside the Financial Controller in a team of 2 in Accounts payable managing supplier relationships and making sure PO's, invoices and payments are processed in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities
- Make certain invoices and credit notes are processed promptly and allocated to the relevant PO
- Assist in preparation with year end, including supplier statements and other processes to help external auditors
- Ensuring all supplier statements are recorded specifically in the management accounts
- To assist with any queries raised by suppliers and ensure any discrepancies or issues are addressed in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure invoices and credit notes are processed promptly and allocated to the relevant PO
Key Skills
- Retail experience desirable
- High attention to detail
- Strong accounts payable experience essential
- Good team player
- Good experience helping streamline processes
