ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/PURCHASE LEDGER ASSISTANT

Immediate opportunity for an Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger Assistant to join a team which is undergoing process improvement and growth. Working directly for the Head of Department and very closely with the Head of Finance, you'll be exposed to all of the below on a daily basis:

  • Handling all aspects of the purchase ledger function from receipt of invoices to payments
  • Maintainin receipt of all stock and managing all aspects of GRIR
  • Managing supplier relationships in line with SLAs displaying an exceptional level of customer service
  • Building and maintaining internal stakeholder relationships
  • Assisting in project work, and making recommendations for process improvement and maximising effective systems usage

You'll be adaptable and will have the ability to react quickly to business needs during what is a very busy time.
