An innovative and established events company based in West London is currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their fast paced team.

Reporting into the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for managing the supplier accounts, invoicing and purchase orders. You will be involved in overseeing the purchase ledger, processing credit card statements, making payments, dealing with expenses and providing statement reconciliations. In addition you will provide credit checks as well as additional ad-hoc duties to support the finance team.

Suitable candidates will have a good knowledge of Accounts Payable, with strong IT/admin skills and good attention to detail. Candidates must have solid understanding of supplier accounts, invoices and statement reconciliations, alongside good communication skills to deal with suppliers effectively at all levels. Experience in Sage 50 is beneficial.
