Marks Sattin are assisting with a FTSE 250 business based in South Buckinghamshire with their urgent requirement for a Accounts Payable executive to join their team on a 9-12 month FTC Maternity Cover. You will need to be available to start immediatly.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Reconciling supplier statements, helping with and solving queries
  • Process supplier invoices
  • Create and manage payment runs, ensuring all invoices are paid within agreed t&c's
  • Assisting with best practice improvements
  • Liaise with wider finance team to improve processes
  • Ad hoc duties to assist manager

Requirements:

  • Previous Accounts Payable experience is desirable, in particular working with a high volume of invoices
  • Great customer service skills
  • Proactive approach
  • Self-motivated and work well in a team
  • Enthusiasm and passion for the role and organisation
