My client is a Luxury Fashion Designer, based in the heart of London, seeking an Accounts Payable professional to join their UK finance team.

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager and managing the whole AP function, duties include;

  • Statement and supplier reconciliations
  • Verification and review of all invoices
  • Assist with month end closing
  • Manage the expense report process, ensuring employees receive payment
  • Produce monthly reports
  • Assist with the preparation of the cash flow forecast
  • Get involved with any ad hoc duties when required

It is essential for this position that you can speak fluent Italian and have used SAP. You will have worked within the Accounts Payable function for a minimum of 3 years and have strong accountancy knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a high attention to detail and be able to spot and resolve any issues when required. Good communication skills is essential, as is the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
