This is an exciting temporary Accounts Payable position based in East London for a leading Retail company.

The main duties of the role are:

  • Processing invoices accurately and promptly, ensuring correct invoice approval and coding.
  • Matching supplier invoices to purchase orders.
  • Dealing with supplier queries and resolving internal customer enquiries.
  • Producing weekly multi-currency payment runs and urgent one-off payment files.
  • Reconciliation of Supplier statements.
  • Processing ad hoc payment documents.
  • Managing Procurement card program, and employee submissions.
  • Setting up and managing Suppliers Accounts
  • Other ad hoc duties
