ACCOUNTS PAYABLE MANAGER - Exceptional new opportunity based in Manchester for an Accounts Payable Supervisor/Manager who wants to be part of an exciting new office and who wants to be at the heart of shaping processes and leading/mentoring a team of more junior Accounts Payable specialists.
You will thrive on adding value and won't be looking for a 'BAU' role where you'll just be overseeing day to day activities. You'll be looking for a role where you need to work alongside senior stakeholders devising and identfiying best practice and ways of working in line with commercial/strategic change. Day to day exposure will include:
- Managing a team of 4 Accounts Payable Assistants including 121s, development plans etc.
- Working closely as part of a senior management team leading the way on processes and procedures
- Identifying 'best ways of working' and creating a best in class team
You'll be able to think outside of the box and will be able to work in an environment which requires a more 'reactive' approach and the ability to respond quickly to business needs.
If you feel you're right for this role and challenge, then please contact me and send me your CV.
