Marks Sattin are excited to be recruiting on behalf of a market leading business based in Merseyside who are looking to appoint an Accounts Payable Supervisor to join their team on a contract basis.

This would be the ideal of opportunity for an experienced, immediately available individual looking to move into a challenging but rewarding role.

Duties:

• Oversee the day to day running of the Accounts Payable department
• Deal with complex queries from external and internal customers and maintain good relationships with stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators.
• Assist with new system implementation
• Lead process improvements and proactively make suggestions on how the team could work more efficiently
• Ad hoc duties

Person spec:

• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience of managing a team of 10-15 employees
• Previous experience of system implementation and improvement
• Adaptable to change
• Hardworking
• SAP or similar ERP system experience
