Start your job searchMarks Sattin is currently working with a well known business based in Newbury who is recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Administrator on a Permanent basis. The role will be part of the central finance team and would suit a candidate studying AAT with 6-12 months previous Accounts Receivable or Accounts experience.
Duties include:
- Approving projects and opportunities.
- Recording of Sales Orders.
- Ensuring all Purchase orders are managed.
- Raising Client Invoices.
- Manage to outstanding invoice list and communication internally on when these can be raised.
- Maintenance of paper records as appropriate.
- Chase debt when required.
- Oversight of System data-flows including exception reporting.
- Support the Treasury function by providing accurate list of invoices due.
Accountability
- Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Senior this role will be the primary responsibility for all aspects relating to invoicing though to debt collection of our clients.
- Support the ongoing maintenance and quality of the finance and management information system.
- Be an active member of the team.
- Ensuring other members of team have appropriate up to date knowledge to provide capacity during peak periods and holiday.
- Support others in other areas as required
Desired Skills
- Experience of working in a multi-currency environment across multi entities
- Strong Excel Skills
- Experience of an international organisation inc, communicating with others when it is not their first language
- Flexible approach to working and focus on achieving objectives
- Client focused, making clients, including internal clients, and their needs a primary focus on actions; developing and sustaining productive customer relationships.
The benefits package includes 25 days Holiday, Pension 5%.
