A fast- growing consumer goods/ wholesale business based in North London is currently recruiting for an AP & AR Manager to join their expanding finance division.

The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring smooth day to day running of the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Duties will include: reviewing and approving payment runs, reviewing AP postings and ensure costs are coded correctly, review supplier/ customer maintenance, deal with payment queries, manage month end close for AP and AR, maintain the fixed asset register and assist with stock take. In this role you will have two Finance Assistants reporting in to you, one looking after each ledger.

Ideally this candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years' of experience working in an accounts function. Candidates must have strong knowledge of debits and credits and good organisation skills with the ability to identify and solve problems. Supervisory/ managerial skills would be beneficial and strong Excel skills are essential.
