Key Responsibilities:
- Configure AppDynamics solutions that meet the unique needs of our clientele.
- Work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements, enhancing their observability and performance capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal and external technical teams to integrate AppDynamics smoothly with existing systems.
- Offer best-practice advice for deploying and utilizing AppDynamics effectively.
- Engage in troubleshooting and performance tuning to ensure optimal system operation.
- Keep UpToDate of the latest in AppDynamics and related technologies to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
- Be ready to travel to client sites across the UK when necessary to provide hands-on support.
