Application Support Analyst - Trading / Banking

A global Financial Services organisation is currently looking to hire an Application Support Analyst with experience of trading applications to provide all round market support across the whole of their European and US business.

Based in Canary Wharf, the main remit of the role will be to handle and escalate any issues that may arise across the entire use-base.

Whilst part of a team, the successful individual must demonstrate independent and innovative thinking in the creation and maintenance of moderate to highly complex solutions that are critical to Front Office system operations.

Skills

  • Proven experience of application support within trading systems / trading or investment management software
  • Experience of supporting trading systems such as Murex or ION
  • Adept at providing support within a dynamic, fast paced and high availability environment
