Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting fund controllers with corporate entity management.
• Coordinate cash flow forecasting for clients together with the fund controllers and the asset management team
• Post journal entries into Yardi (e.g. accruals, provisions and revaluations).
• Assist fund controllers with tax compliance (including VAT reporting).
• Assist with the liquidation of entities where required including the maintenance of any deadline trackers implemented.
• Support the fund controllers on the processing of invoices through the accounts payable system up to the payment of the invoice.

Prior Experience

• 1-2 years experience in a similar accounting role
• Experience within Real Estate or other Financial Services is advantageous
• Experience using Yardi
• Strong knowledge with Microsoft (Excel, Pivot tables etc)
• Strong academics at A level & University
• Part Qualified or working towards a professional accounting qualification
