Start your job searchAn Assistant Accountant position with a world leader in private equity and credit who have $75 billion of assets under management, $123 billion of funds committed and a global network of 24 local offices.
You will be reporting to the qualified accountant in the Finance team, and you will have responsibility for assisting with the accounting duties of a number of corporate entities.
This is the perfect role for an aspiring accountant who wants to lay the foundations in their accounting career within the financial services industry. They will also provide study support towards the CIMA or ACCA qualification.
Assistant Accountant responsibilities include:
- Monthly entity financial analytical review
- Oversight of procurement process, including invoice approval and payment cycles
- Key point of contact for third party service providers
- Monthly management financial reporting preparation and review
- Financial process enhancement
- Project Management
Requirements:
- Part Qualified - ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
- 1-2 years' experience working in a finance department within the financial services industry
- Confidence, integrity and maturity
- "Can do" attitude, diligent and conscientious work ethic
