A real estate company based in London is looking for an experienced Assistant Accountant to join their team.

Working as part of a small team and reporting in to the Financial Controller, duties will include assisting with month end (journals/accruals/prepayments), carrying out multiple bank reconciliations and intercompany and balance sheet reconciliations. Additional responsibilities will include double entry bookkeeping, invoice processing, making payments, credit control, VAT returns and analysis of cash flow.

This is a great opportunity for somebody that has broad experience in bookkeeping/accounts management looking for a varied role with exposure to a wide range of tasks. Ideally you will have strong Excel skills and previous experience using Qube or Sage Line 50 would be beneficial. Good communication skills are a must and previous experience working within the real estate/property sector would be beneficial.
