A large international law firm based in Central London are looking to expand their busy finance team and hire an Assistant Commercial Analyst to support the function.

  • Providing commercial, financial and analytical support to the group
  • Providing financial analysis for the Commercial Accountants and Management Team
  • Provide support to the marketing and business development team by reviewing requests for data, relevant reporting and simple analysis of results.
  • Support the Commercial Accountants and analysts in scrutinising the financial performance of the group.
  • Support for the budgeting and forecasting process
  • Provide pricing support to ensure the group win more profitable work
  • Ad hoc analysis and reporting when required

The successful candidate will ideally have 12-24 months experience in a finance function, preferably covering some management accounts. In addition to this candidates must have an analytical mind and are eager to learn and progress.

Micrsoft Excel skills are essential to an intermediate standard - V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS etc
