Brand new opportunity for a budding Accountant to be Assistant Group Financial Accountant and join this world class Finance team.
With online/ecommerce businesses thriving in the current market, this is an exceptional opportunity for a part-qualified Accountant who is studying towards their ACCA or CIMA qualification, and who has completed exams at the early stage of the professional qualification.
Self-motivated, able to handle elements of pressure in what is an ever-changing and ever-expanding international organisation, you will be able to stand on your own two feet, and will have short term ambitions to be a qualified accountant with first time passes. You'll have a great mentor, and will gain some brilliant exposure and personal development with a typical day being varied and giving you the chance to be involved in all of the below:
- Assisting in all aspects of consolidation of monthly group accounts
- Being a right hand person to assist in all aspects of Annual reports and Accounts for submission to external auditors
- Assisting in the production of statutory accounts
- Being involved in streamlining processes and assisting wtih continuous improvement
- Working in line wtih international accounting standards and becoming an expert in this area
