A fast growing technology company based in Central London is currently recruiting for an Assistant Management Accountant to join their busy finance team.

You will be responsible for producing monthly reports and assisting with:

• General management accounts preparation.
• Accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Variance analysis and commentary.
• Assisting with budgets and forecasting.
• Balance sheet management and maintenance of fixed asset register.
• Overseeing the purchase ledger and relevant duties.
• Ad-hoc analysis as as when required.

Suitable candidates will have previous experience assisting with management accounts and will ideally be studying towards an accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA). Candidates must have solid understanding of basic accounting concepts, system and processes with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well with stakeholders at all levels. Experience in MS Excel and a previous accounting system is essential.
