A career in recruitment is extremely rewarding, it is one of very industries that allows you to be in control of your own earnings and fast track your career progression (and bank balance!) There are no pre-requirements, we provide all relevant training and 80% of our employees joined as Trainee Consultants with no specific recruitment experience and have really thrived here.
This role is best suited to those who are money hungry and like the idea of running and owning your own desk/business. We train our consultants to become experts in their specific field where eventually you will have your own network of clients and contacts exclusively belonging to you.
This is a full end to end recruitment role partnering with some fantastic brands across Financial Services, Banking, Retail, Media, Technology and plenty more. You'll be given first class training and will receive investment in your career with a clear induction plan in with the support needed to ensure you get up to speed quickly. You'll need to be driven, self-motivated, money orientated and keen to pursue a career in a sales based and target driven role.
What's in it for you?
- Competitive basic salary AND commission structure - you'll be taking extra cash home on top of your basic for hitting those targets!
- Free breakfast every morning - saving you money on buying overpriced coffee and bagels in town
- Early Friday finishes (4pm) followed by weekly bar tab
- City break incentives, quarterly parties and fundraising events
