Start your job searchMy client has been going through a strong phase of growth with London being their newest acquisition, however they have a strong presence across Asia, Europe and the Channel Islands. This business has built their reputation for strong client services, chasing quality over revenues.
The future of this role will evolve into you becoming the Managing Director for the UK business with some succession planning.
This is an exciting time to join this business as you will be in the forefront of delivering the strategic plans for the UK Corporate department in line with the wider Group. Additionally you will be responsible for providing market leading services to corporate client across CoSec, Administration, Taxation and Accounting.
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Work with the current UK acquisition to implement the Group's strategy and objectives
- Ensuring the department is well-staffed to meet financial, regulatory, legal and strategic requirements
- Participate in new business development ensuring the growth of the business from both existing and potential clients
- Provide support to current staff with the servicing of existing clients
Your Requirements:
- ACA (or ICAEW equivalent) Qualified with extensive client services experience (essential)
- Experience providing CoSec and Directorship services to clients (essential)
- Demonstrate a track record of developing new business (or increasing revenues from existing clients)
- Success in training and developing trainee accountants as well as supporting qualified accountants
- Strong personality to challenge decisions and push back where necessary to ensure the integrity and success of your department
You will ideally be working in the Corporate Services industry as a Senior Manager or Associate Director and have ambitions to be a Managing Director.
