Marks Sattin are currently working with a large independent practice based in Hull who are seeking an experienced Auditor to join their team as an Audit Manager.

This role is ideal for a driven candidate who is looking to make the step up into a more Senior position to assistant with the management of the team and clients but is also open to an experienced Audit Manager who is looking to join a smaller practice which can offer the progression you maybe seeking in the near future.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of part qualified and qualified accountants / auditors
  • Continuing to deliver excellent client service to new and existing clients
  • You will be involved from planning to finalisation in audits of varying sizes
  • Working towards deadlines and budgets
  • Working along side the Partners for business development opportunities
  • Supervising and assisting junior members of staff

Main criteria:

  • Extensive Audit experience
  • Strong technical ability
  • ACA / ACCA or equivalent
