Our client currently requires an experienced billings/collections analyst to join their Finance Department with opportunities for growth and development for the right candidate. This position will report directly to Billing and Collections manager and sit within the Finance Directors team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Billings/Collections analyst to really put their stamp on a role.

Duties inlcude (but not limited to):

  • Auditing of billing and collections processes
  • Liaising with 3rd parties on monthly bill runs for errors and send commitments & confirmations
  • Monitoring and policing of credits and charges
  • Regularly auditing invoices for clarity and regulatory compliance
  • Liaising with departments to ensure billing accuracy is maintained and not compromised
  • Creating and updating of billing metrics, billing schedule & calendar
  • Creation of change requests (e.g. for system development, process change, etc.)

The successful candidate will have:

  • Practical experience in a billing and/or collections environment
  • Knowledge of telecoms or Retail a distinct advantage
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical and highly numerate
  • Detailed and hands-on but with big-picture perspective
