Marks Sattin are working with an established, local Legal Firm assisting in their search for a Billings Analyst.

  • Management of invoice processing (high volume) (excluding credit control)
  • Assisting with any queries related to billings
  • Dealing with a variety of work and working closely with individuals at all levels within the firm
  • Advising in process improvement projects
  • Assisting with others in the Accounts department as needed (including client account, payments from Office Account etc. training will be provided as appropriate
  • Understand and developing documentation for the revenue streams of the business and how they are billed

Requirements:

  • Highly numerate and comfortable working with large volumes of data
  • An eye for detail
  • Experience in billing platforms and processes
  • Experience within a Legal or other professional services environment advantageous
